NORSI Conference 2022 in Oslo!
The 2022 NORSI Research School Conference is scheduled to take place physically on 21-22 of April 2022 at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo (Physical meeting).

You are invited & everyone welcome! NORSI invites anyone interested in the latest within innovation and entrepreneurship research and especially everyone in the NORSI community to take part in the NORSI conference.

Keynote speaker Tina Saebi, NHH

Norsi is proud to present associate professor at Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Tina Saebi as our keynote speaker for the NORSI Conference, 21st of April 2022.

Saebi obtained her PhD from Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics in 2011. Her thesis investigated how firms can manage alliance portfolios successfully by developing alliance management capabilities. Saebi is theme leader at the Center for Service Innovation (CSI) for research on “best practices in business model innovation” and is the co-editor of the book «Business Model Innovation. The Organizational Dimension ».

In addition to her research on business models and innovation, she teaches Master-level courses in international strategy.

We highly recommend attending Tina’s engaging lecture “Business Model Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Conjoint but Disconnected Literatures?”!

NORSI Conference 2022

NORSI students: Present your research and receive the best comments! The NORSI conferences are known for opponents giving well-prepared, insightful, and in-depth comments to all the student presenters. The main rule is that only NORSI PhD students may present. If time allows, we might also welcome some alumni presentations.

PhD student presentations: The student presentations give interdisciplinary perspectives to a wide range of topics within innovation and entrepreneurship research. Prepared feed-back is given by one senior and one junior discussant.

NORSI students, alumni, faculty and partners: We invite you to stay for the whole conference, and we might ask you to be a discussant on a paper or two. Thank you in advance for your contributions

Abstracts and Presentations

Abstract word limit: 200- 300 words
Full paper, presentations and feed-back info:
Full paper: Deadline 5th of April. Submitt to elise.irgens@ntnu.no.
Each presentation will receive prepared feed-back from both a senior and junior opponent. Each student will be given 30 min.; 10 min. presentation and 10 min x 2 for feed-back/questions. The paper to be submitted before the conference does not have to be a complete work, and can be in progress. Max. length should be about 8000 words, however shorter papers in draft versions are also acceptable. All abstracts will bew made avialble online.

Accommodation and Travel

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Radisson Nydalen hotel and will make the reservation for you. Accommodation is covered for all NORSI students, alumni, faculty and partner representatives. Please see our travel policy for details.
