NORSI Writing Retreat 2018

NORSI offers a three-day writing retreat in May 2018 (7th-9th). During these days, you will work on your writing skills as well as attend short workshops focusing on «the art of academic writing». Talks and discussion will focus on the following topics:

  • How to structure your writing time, get progress in your writing and overcome writer’s blocks
  • How to write high quality texts and how to avoid the most common language problems  that plague academic texts
  • How to convince your audience (and editors and reviewers in particular)

In addition, approximately 50 percent of the time, you will work on your own writing skills and your own texts (following a structured approach).
